Question: Re-create OS Password file for SYSDBA role ?
Re-name old password file if existing.
For Unix :
cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
>orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/ora password=< > entries=30
For Windows on DOS prompt:
>orapwd file=ORACLE_HOME\oradata\PWD password=< > entries=30
DATABASE
